Marketing Director Elvin Cheung discusses marketing updates, use-case teasers, upcoming announcements, and more!
Hello everyone, this is Elvin, head of marketing at ShareRing. Today I’ll be talking about the November marketing updates, so you guys know what has been happening and what’s going to be coming as well.
I’m just going to quickly go through this very big milestone, with flowbacks already begun, we are going to be processing around 500,000 transactions per day.
This could be including rentals, transfers, payments, verifications, sign-ups, and all kinds of stuff. It’s a very, very exciting milestone and this is something that you guys can also be checking when the ShareRing Block Explorer goes live in a few days or so.
The design is ready, the function is ready, everything is working, we’re just fixing some minor bugs. I don’t see any delays on the ShareRing Explorer. I’m very excited to announce that to you guys when it’s ready.
In terms of marketing updates, we have recently just wrapped up the Minecraft contest. There are some pretty amazing buildings done out there, congratulations!
In terms of the team, we have been growing rapidly, we have been onboarding an APAC marketing manager to handle the Chinese community and the Chinese PR.
We also are going to be getting a front end developer to polish up the website as well, which we expect to be done by December. And again, I’ll keep you guys posted as long as we have any updates on new screens to share.
This is one of the great ideas that we have in mind when it comes to showing the ShareRing ID use case, and to tell people what they can do with the technology. Internally, we believe that animations would be the best showcased on the website to tell people what they can do.
I’ll share them with you guys later on and again, it’s something very exciting that I’ll be sharing on Twitter when the video is done. I’ll be sharing the first one’s story after this presentation.
We also have been putting together some infographics, there are tons that we have made. These are some of the examples of what you can do with the car rentals, what you can do to e-commerce, how you can integrate with WordPress, how you can integrate with e-commerce.
Also of course, what you can do when you book a hotel with ShareRing. What kind of benefits and stuff you can get using our app to book your hotel rental. We’ve also been doing a lot of rebranding, getting new icons done. Those are the things that will be reflected on the website as well.
These are the final things that you guys want to know, regarding what’s going to happen in the next two weeks, what’s going to happen in the next few days? We have to talk about the Minecraft contest. We have talked about the Explorer and all kinds of stuff. Here’s a sneak peek of what’s going to happen.
You’re going to have the Smart Contract update. You’re going two exchange announcements and listing happening. You’re going to have two partnerships, which are going to be announced by the end of November.
I believe that it’s not going to be later than November 18th. But again, the PR and everything is approved. We also got a set date approved as well. So they’re going to go out in the next two weeks or so. And what’s after this?
We’re are also going to be preparing the massive campaign internationally and in China to promote ShareRing ID sign-ups to the ShareRing app.
This is something very exciting that I want to share with you guys hopefully next month as well. We’re also going to have the new websites coming up as well.
Last but not least, we are also going to be working closely with BSN on a marketing collaboration. We’re going to be doing something very unique, something very exciting and I’ll tell you guys the details, hopefully by next week once we finalize the details.
I’m sure you guys will like it, it’s going to be a direct collaboration with BSN and we are very, very excited to do that as well.
