ShareRing Gets a New Chief Operating Officer

Seasoned corporate executive with deep expertise in business growth and deploying new markets has been promoted to COO to strengthen ShareRing’s contribution to global digital transformation.

June 11, 2021 – ShareRing has announced the promotion of Jonathan Duncan as Chief Operating Officer

In this role, Jonathan will assume overall responsibility for ShareRing’s business operations and ensure all departments and functions run efficiently and successfully.  He will have a seat in the Executive Leadership Team alongside CEO Tim Bos and newly appointed CFO Brian Norman.

ShareRing has been expanding globally and restructuring the business as a whole.  This appointment will help build on its value proposition to support businesses across a variety of industries such as travel, insurance, logistics and more.

Jonathan has over 10 years of experience building sales and expansion strategies as well as strong relationships between stakeholders. He previously held the Sales and Partnership Director position at ShareRing. However, his skill set and expertise lead him to be promoted within the company.

Commenting on the appointment, ShareRing CEO Tim Bos said, “I’m very proud that we have already started internal building and shifting, starting with Jonathan. He’s been with ShareRing as our Sales and Partnership Director. However, his strengths and ability to build long lasting relationships and effectively manage teams is exactly the type of leader we need heading up our operations.
